We offer Business Post Next Day delivery to most places in mainland Britain so that each consignment arrives fresh. Our delivery charge is Free. We deliver on Thursday every week, to ensure delivery please place your order by midnight on a Tuesday. You can make special arrangements with Organic 4U if you can’t be at home, as our couriers are flexible. If you are a regular customer you will be able to make arrangements with them for your convenience. Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Islands and Highlands will incur an extra charge of £15.00.
Organics 4U will not liable for any failed deliveries due to incorrect addressing. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints or issues you may have.
Organics 4U regrets that it cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your consignment. Track your delivery on Business Posts web site.
Cancellations
All cancellations and changes must be given 7 days prior to the order as we cannot change our orders with the farmers any sooner.
Replacement
It is our top priority to make sure our Organic produce is of a high standard. On the odd occasion a substandard item may make it through. If this happens please let us know and we will credit your account or replace the item free of charge the following week.
If your order has not arrived then contact us. If it is our error, then we’ll either credit your account or replace the box free of charge the following week.
If you think your box may have been stolen please contact us. We will credit your account and discuss safer delivery instructions.
Refunds
If we have made a mistake with your order we will credit your account or send you the correct order.
Complaints
If you have any complaints concerning any part of our service then please contact us by email at info@organics-4u.co.uk. We are always willing to improve our service. All complaints will be dealt with within 7 working days.
